오늘은 SouthYarra 에 위치한 북경스타일 음식점 다녀왔어요
약속장소로 탁월한것 같아 골랐답니다. 저희집 쪽에선 멀었지만 시티와는 가까워서 여기로 정했어요.
아이들을 위해 볶음밥 주문했구요
2. 유명한 음식
여긴 오리가 유명하다고 해요. 베이징덕 주문하기로 했습니다.
꽃게요리도 맛있는데 오늘은 오리로 선택했답니다. 담에 와서 꼭 꽃게요리 맛보기로 했어요.
사이드메뉴로 나물도 주문하구요. 베트남에서 먹어본 나물과 비슷한 맛이에요.
물에 데쳐서 살짝 볶아 마늘과 간장으로 양념한 맛이에요.
마지막으로 생선요리도 주문했구요. 담백하고 고소하니 맛있었어요.
한쪽면의 고기를 다 먹고 뒤집으려 하니 어부가 바다에서 뒤집힐지 모른다고 뒤집어서 생선을 안먹는 미신이 있다네요.
모리셔스에서는 미신을 믿는다고 합니다. 결국엔 뒤집어서 생선살을 발라먹었어요. 쫄깃한 생선살 식감이 너무 맘에 들었답니다.
