지난 멜번 생활 중, “단순히 커피 한 잔”이 아닌 “분위기 + 디저트 + 여유”를 느끼고 싶어 찾은 곳이 바로 Third Space Cafetorium이에요. 이 카페는 멜번 중심가(CBD)가 아닌 교외 지역인 Keysborough에 위치해 있는데요  그래서 오히려 “현지 느낌 + 여유 + 맛”을 한 번에 누릴 수 있었어요.

주소는 599 Chandler Rd, Keysborough VIC 3173 (Shop 9) 가게 앞쪽에 주차하시면 되요.
운영 시간은 요일마다 조금 다르지만, 주말(토요일)은 밤 10:30까지 열고, 평일에도 저녁 영업이 있는 날이 있어요. 
이 덕분에 “늦은 저녁 디저트 + 커피”가 가능한 점이 큰 장점이에요

멜번에서는 드물게 오후 시간 이후 여유롭게 커피 타임을 즐길 수 있는 장소였어요.

  카페에서 추천이 많았던 디저트였어요. 얇고 바삭한 카다이프 페이스트리 속에 치즈가 들어가 있고, 꿀 시럽이 곁들여지는데요  겉은 바삭, 속은 쫀득, 달콤하면서도 짭짤한 치즈의 조화가 인상적이었어요. 디저트로서의 만족감이 매우 컸고, “다음에도 꼭 다시 먹고 싶다”는 생각이 들었어요. 실제로 많은 후기가 이 메뉴를 최고의 선택으로 꼽고 있더라고요. 
• San Sebastian Cheesecake
  부드럽고 크리미하면서도 무겁지 않은 질감. 초콜릿 소스를 곁들인 버전은 달콤함의 끝판왕! 디저트를 좋아하는 친구와 나눠 먹기에 딱이었어요.
